Angela Bankhead, a retired Navy veteran from St. Louis, Missouri, served for 20 years, attaining the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Throughout her career, she served in various duty stations, including a deployment to Afghanistan and multiple tours aboard Naval Ships, earning accolades such as Sailor and Instructor of the year. Post-military, Angela pursued her passion for empowering others through her brand Gracefully Chosen, following nine years in Federal service. With a commitment to community service she holds a Masters degree in Human Services and is recognized for her humanitarian and philanthropy efforts. Angela's unwavering dedication is rooted in her faith, as she draws inspiration from Isaiah 1:19.

Inspired by the teachings of Matthew 22:14, "For many are called, but few are Chosen," Gracefully Chosen Foundation Inc. is a faith-driven organization committed towards transforming lives with compassion and dignity. Our mission is to be a beacon of hope for the homeless, homeless veterans, and incarcerated individuals, empowering them with essential resources, education, life skills, and spiritual guidance. By fostering self-sufficiency, resilience, and moral growth, we strive to break the cycles of homelessness and recidivism, ensuring that every individual we serve feels valued, supported, and equipped to build a brighter future.
